Emergency calls will be dealt with immediately.
Phone, privacy, fees and payment policies
Most issues are best dealt with in consultation with your doctor and he/she will endeavour to take your call where practical. Please inform our reception staff if your call is urgent.
Your medical records are a confidential document and will only be accessed by authorised personnel when necessary, and will not be released without your written consent.
Fees and payment policy
Our fees are consistent with other practices providing quality healthcare. We prefer payment at the completion of consultation, and if needed, EFTPOS facilities are available.

The consultation fees with Medicare rebate and gap payment are as follows:

At times, you may experience a waiting period due to doctors tending to emergencies or complex medical issues. We apologise for any inconveniece. Our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.
